The probable responsibilities of prospective client in relation to the services are as follows:
Arrangement of documents, providing data and information promptly as and when requested/within reasonable duration.
Provide adequate resources for carrying out the work.
Make representations as required by ASC.
Affirm that the ASC’s use of equipment or other property belonging to you does not infringe on intellectual property rights of any third party.
