He has obtained license from Custom, Excise and VAT Training Academy bearing VAT Consultant Number: C202133. He is also a member of Dhaka Taxes Bar Association bearing membership Number: S03390. He has also worked with Industrial and Infrastructure Development Finance Company (IIDFC) Limited; and National Housing Finance and Investments Limited (NHFIL), two leading financial institutions in Bangladesh, about 13 years in the position of CFO, Company Secretary, and Head of HR & Administration. He was also Chief Anti Money Laundering Compliance Officer (CAMLCO) for several years.  He was also Company Secretary in the two subsidiaries of IIDFC Limited and his last position in IIDFC was Executive Vice President.
